Fall 2008: Nursing a Grievance

SEIU 1199/United Healthcare Workers East used mobile billboards to publicize their concerns in the Boston's Longwood medical area.

As part of a multiple media campaign which also included bus stop advertising and radio, the SEIU 1199/United Healthcare Workers East aimed our billboard trucks at Boston's Longwood medical area, home to the target of their campaign, Beth Israel Hospital. There were two sets of creative which outlined grievances against the hospital and were intended to support the union’s organizing efforts.

The campaign also extended its reach to hospital events at remote sites, as shown in the last photo, taken in front of the Newton Marriott hotel.
